More than once we joked that you weren’t caterers—you were magicians and family therapists.

The wedding was everything we hoped it would be. Every part of it—from the badeken to the stations to the reception—flowed beautifully. The food was delicious, the presentation was stunning, and your staff made every guest feel welcome and cared for.

What impressed us most, though, was the way you made everyone feel. You made our daughter feel like a queen. You made our family feel proud. You brought two families together in a way that felt easy and joyful, and you let us spend the day simply being parents instead of worrying about logistics.

People are still calling and asking, “Who did your affair?” We have happily given out your names over and over again. Everyone is talking about the food, the service, and the warmth that seemed to be part of everything you did.
